Suitably qualified Contractors who are registered with Malaysia Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) with a minimum of Grade G6 and above and with proven track records are invited to apply and register for pre-qualification for the Proposed Construction of a 3-Storey Extension to an Existing Temple (\u5a01\u9547\u5bab\u89c2\u97f3\u5bfaKuan Yin Temple) on Lot 194 Jalan Maharajalela, Kuala Lumpur. The Works shall also comprise Site Clearance and Demolition of Double Story Office and Toilets, Bored Piling of Foundation, Contiguous Bored Piling for Retaining Walls. The tender exercise for the Works is expected to be conducted in June 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interested contractors are required to first submit all their relevant supporting documents, including company profiles, CIDB registration certification, company track records, and the latest audited accounts for the last three (3) financial years on or before 12:00h on 20 May, 2022 to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only shortlisted contractors who were selected would be invited for the subsequent tender exercise, and they would be required to acquire the tender documents and drawings from the consultant QS office at a non-refundable fee to be advised during tender invitation<\/strong>. The Building and Development Committee of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Association\u201d, reserves the right to accept or reject any application in the pre-qualification exercise without having to give any reason; its decision shall be final. All costs incurred in the preparation & submission of the pre-qualification documents shall be borne by the contractors alone. The Association shall not be responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by the contractors in the pre-qualification exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
