Mohamad\uff09\u3002\u4ed6\u5bf9\u4e8e\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u4e8b\u6cd5\u9662\u7f57\u9a6c\u89c4\u7ea6\u300b\uff08Rome Statute\uff09\u7684\u7acb\u573a\u4ee4\u4eba\u9057\u61be\u3002\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u4e8b\u6cd5\u9662\u7f57\u9a6c\u89c4\u7ea6\u300b\u4e43\u5168\u7403\u6b32\u7ef4\u6301\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4f7f\u547d\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u62c9\u672b\u83ab\u54c8\u672b\u5374\u662f\u53cd\u5bf9\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u7b7e\u7f72\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u4e8b\u6cd5\u9662\u7f57\u9a6c\u89c4\u7ea6\u300b\uff08Rome
