\ud83d\udce3This is to announce that the pre-qualification of Contractors for the tendering of the above Project shall be extended to on or before 12:00h Friday, 31 May, 2024.<\/strong>\ud83d\udd25<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u62db\u6807\u6269\u5efa\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5409\u9686\u5761Lot 194 Jalan Maharajalela \u96ea\u5170\u83aa\u66a8\u5409\u9686\u5761\u798f\u5efa\u4f1a\u9986\u300a\u5a01\u9547\u5bab\u89c2\u97f3\u5bfa\u300b\u4e4b3 \u5c42\u697c\u5efa\u7b51\u5916\u8c8c\u5de5\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n Suitably qualified Contractors who are registered with Malaysia Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) with a minimum of Grade G4 and above and with proven track records are invited to apply and register for pre-qualification for the Construction and Completion of Contractor\u2019s Proposed Design and Build Building Facade and Integrated Ceiling Structure Works (Nominated Sub-Contract Works) for the Proposed Construction of a 3-Storey Extension to an Existing Temple (\u5a01\u9547\u5bab\u89c2\u97f3\u5bfa Kuan Yin Temple) on Lot 194 Jalan Maharajalela, Kuala Lumpur. The Works shall comprise the execution, construction and completion of Contractor\u2019s Design and Build building facade and integrated ceiling structure works and decorative screen near lift and all associated works. The tender exercise for the Works is expected to be conducted in June 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Interested contractors are required to first submit all their relevant supporting documents, including company profile, CIDB registration certification, company track records, and the latest audited accounts for the last three (3) financial years on or before 12:00h on 31 May, 2024 to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Secretariat Only shortlisted contractors would be invited for the subsequent tender exercise, and they would be required to acquire the tender documents and drawings from the consultant QS office at a nonrefundable fee to be advised during tender invitation<\/strong>. The Building and Development Committee of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Association\u201d, reserves the right to accept or reject any application in the pre-qualification exercise without having to give any reason; its decision shall be final. All costs incurred in the preparation & submission of the prequalification documents shall be borne by the contractors alone.
