Call for Proposal \u2013 Operation of a Vegetarian Eatery \/ Caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u96ea\u5170\u83aa\u66a8\u5409\u9686\u5761\u798f\u5efa\u4f1a\u9986\u9080\u8bf7\u6709\u610f\u7ecf\u8425\u8005\u63d0\u5448\u5efa\u8bae\u4e66\uff0c\u4e8e\u300a\u5a01\u9547\u5bab\u89c2\u97f3\u5bfa\u300b\u6269\u5efa\u65b0\u5efa\u7b51\u7ecf\u8425\u7d20\u98df\u9910\u996e\u6216\u5496\u5561\u8336\u9986\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association invites interested parties to submit proposals to operate a vegetarian eatery or caf\u00e9 at the new extension building of Wei Zhen Gong Guanyin Temple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The relevant area comprises approximately 2,000-2,500 square feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The proposal shall include, but not limited to, the business concept, style and theme, food and beverage plan, operating proposal, proposed rental amount, proposed tenancy term, and any other relevant information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The successful tenant shall be responsible for all planning, design, renovation works, drawings, and related matters, including obtaining all necessary approvals from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and all other relevant authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u76f8\u5173\u56fe\u7eb8\u7684\u7d22\u53d6\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u7531\u96ea\u5170\u83aa\u5409\u9686\u5761\u798f\u5efa\u4f1a\u9986\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u53d1\u51fa\uff0c\u8d39\u7528\u4e3a\u58f9\u4f70\u4ee4\u5409\uff0c\u6b64\u8d39\u7528\u4e0d\u4e88\u9000\u8fd8\u3002\u4ed8\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e3a\u94f6\u884c\u652f\u7968\uff0c\u652f\u7968\u62ac\u5934\u4e3a\u201cSelangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association\u201d\u3002\u6709\u610f\u8005\u987b\u4e8e2026\u5e748\u670817\u65e5\uff08\u661f\u671f\u4e00\uff09\u4e2d\u534812:00\u65f6\u524d\u5c06\u5176\u5efa\u8bae\u4e66\u8fde\u540c\u6240\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u6587\u4ef6\u63d0\u4ea4\u81f3\u672c\u4f1a\u79d8\u4e66\u5904\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n The collection of the relevant drawings would be via e-mail from the office of the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association at a non-refundable fee of RM100.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Only) in the form of a cheque payable to \u201cSelangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association\u201d.
