《威镇宫观音寺》新建筑征招素食餐饮/咖啡茶馆建议书
Call for Proposal – Operation of a Vegetarian Eatery / Café
雪兰莪暨吉隆坡福建会馆邀请有意经营者提呈建议书，于《威镇宫观音寺》扩建新建筑经营素食餐饮或咖啡茶馆。
The Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association invites interested parties to submit proposals to operate a vegetarian eatery or café at the new extension building of Wei Zhen Gong Guanyin Temple.
- 有关场地面积大约2,000-2,500平方英尺。
The relevant area comprises approximately 2,000-2,500 square feet.
- 建议书须包含（但不限于）经营理念、风格及主题、餐饮规划及营运方案、提供拟缴租金数额、建议租赁期限及其他相关资料。
The proposal shall include, but not limited to, the business concept, style and theme, food and beverage plan, operating proposal, proposed rental amount, proposed tenancy term, and any other relevant information.
- 租户须自行负责规划设计、装修工程、图则及其他相关事项，并自行向吉隆坡市政局(DBKL)及所有相关部门申请及取得所需批准。
The successful tenant shall be responsible for all planning, design, renovation works, drawings, and related matters, including obtaining all necessary approvals from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and all other relevant authorities.
相关图纸的索取将通过电子邮件由雪兰莪吉隆坡福建会馆办公室发出，费用为壹佰令吉，此费用不予退还。付款方式为银行支票，支票抬头为“Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association”。有意者须于2026年8月17日（星期一）中午12:00时前将其建议书连同所有相关文件提交至本会秘书处：
The collection of the relevant drawings would be via e-mail from the office of the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association at a non-refundable fee of RM100.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Only) in the form of a cheque payable to “Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Association”. The submission of proposals, together with all supporting documents, to the Association’s Secretariat, is by 12:00 noon on Monday, 17 August 2026:

Only proposals considered feasible by the Association will be shortlisted and invited for interviews. The Association reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning any reason.
